Overview:

The primary function of the Accounting Associate is to support the Finance and Accounting team in its accounting and financial reporting operations. This includes closing the general ledger monthly, budgeting and planning and related analysis, supporting external auditor examinations and projects related to the optimization of processes.

Responsibilities:

Accounting, financial reporting and analysis. Support the monthly general ledger close, including analysis and maintenance of certain general ledger accounts. Prepare and disseminate financial reports. Develop budgets and projections for certain income statement categories. Support the accounting, analysis and monitoring of corporate cash. Participate in accounting and reconciliations related to compensation in conjunction with the Human Resources team. Support capital analysis, as needed. Master the Company’s accounting platform (Oracle Cloud Fusion) to develop efficiencies, automate certain tasks and support projects. Maintain, evaluate and recommend improvements to current internal controls and procedures for relevant functions.
